Been going there since it opened so obviously I'm pleased with their services. Pretty basic auto shop - no fancy waiting room or gourmet coffee bar like at the dealership - but they get you in and out quickly and the prices are fair.

Great service with reasonable pricing. Ownership is family and you are treated as such.

Service is the best. The car is fixed, all repairs complete, no second trips necessary. We have used Duraleigh for many years and will continue.

I was very concerned about the issue with my car and knew it would be resolved expeditiously. I explained what I was experiencing and put my car in their trusty hands. In less than 90 minutes, I was back on the road with no issues. This type of service is the reason I have been a customer for close to two decades. They are knowledgeable about their work, courteous, and extremely dependable. Their pricing is also reasonable for the services performed.

I hVe been taking my cars to Duraleigh Auto simce movimg to Raleigh 20 years ago. Gary was recommended to me by the ladies who worked in the library at the time. Ive received excellent service. Dave is always helpful and pleasant. I moved 7 years ago so its a bit if a drive for me but I continue to take my car to Duraleigh because I trust them. I wait for my car while its serviced and they always Begin working in it as soon as I arrive.
