Raleigh Auto Repair

When my alternator went out, I called around to get some quotes and was not looking forward to taking my car into any of the auto service shops in the area. I had no previous experience with Duraleigh Auto Center, although they had some good reviews, I received a reasonable quote and spoke with someone who seemed to care. I decided to give them a try and was very pleased. When picking up my car I found out they also do auto body work. My son's Honda was hit in a parking lot and needed some body work done. We took the car in on a Monday morning, it was ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon and we couldn't have been more pleased. I recommend Duraleigh Auto Center, this is where we will be taking our cars from now on.

After receiving the best possible recommendations from two friends, I brought my car in this morning for an oil change and inspection. I will definitely be a return customer. I was treated with respect in a friendly and professional manner. Before any work was done, Dave McDonald informed me what needed doing, and the rates were more than fair. I was able to wait in a comfortable waiting area and was finished and on my way within the hour. While I was there, 3 other customers came in to schedule work and each time they said that they had been told of Duraleigh Auto Center by friends who would not go anywhere else. This is about the best experience I have had with an auto shop, and I will most certainly be a return customer.

These guys are amazing! They always fix any problem I have. I actually had a problem recently with my 7 year old car and they checked Chevrolet's site first and found that there was a lesser known recall that Chevy had to fix for free on certain models. They didn't even charge me to look at it and said to make an appt with Chevy to have it done free! That's awesome service!
