Didn't even get to the repair part but the management was terrible. I walked in to get my car fixed after getting side swiped by someone and told them I needed an estimate and to get my car fixed as soon as possible. The office person and 2 other guys were standing outside one of the bays just chatting like they had nothing to do. They said "Ohh if you can drop it off today that would be great." After receiving the estimate and sending it off to the insurance company and not hearing back for 2 days I then called them back to let them know I got the estimate approved and needed a time to drop off my car and coordinate a rental. Then the office person said "the earliest we can take your repair would be in 18 days." What?! You were practically begging me for business 2 days ago and didn't even hint that you were busy (and definitely didn't look busy) then when I said I wanted my car fixed as soon as possible, you just continued to play along. Then I went through waiting for a slow insurance company to get back to me and THEN you tell me I will have to drive around on a scrubbing damaged fender and bad alignment for the better part of 3 more weeks before you can "fit" me into your not so busy schedule. By that point I will need a new tire from the uneven wear and scrubbing due to damages that were not even my fault.

Fine work for fair price. Super friendly folks. Honest to a fault. Several times they could have taken advantage of my ignorance. I asked them to check my breaks because they were squealing every time I slowed down. They could have sold me a complete brake job, but instead, they were honest. I had 50% more wear to go, so they just charged me $20 for checking my brakes. If you want a shop that still believes in honesty and great work for a fair price, this is the one to try!
